- Contract Collection Policy & Procedure
Payments made on weekends, holidays or after 3:00 pm weekdays will be posted to your account the next business day. If late charges begin accruing on the day the Escrow Department is closed, the payment must be paid prior to the late charge accrual date. Late charges and other account fees that are not paid in addition to your regular installment amount will cause the installment payment to be incomplete. This may result in delinquency or additional late charges. Remember, to avoid accruing late charges make sure your payment reaches us by the due date.
- Paying Extra Monthly Payments
Pay extra each month over and above your regular payment amount and specify to us that the extra amount is an additional principal reduction.
- Paying a 13th Payment Each Year
And/or pay an extra 13th payment each year, at any time during the year. Specify to us that this payment is an additional principal reduction and not an early regular payment.
- Special Note Regarding Making Additional Payments
Please do not make separate additional payments from your regular payment. This causes undue work on our part and will result in unnecessary higher fees.
